Our workout on Monday consisted of 3 rounds of:
10 lunges (each leg)
20 squat jumps
30 slamballs
40 skips (with rope)
30 crunches
20 KB swings
10 burpees
there are some sore legs today...

Workouts this week

20 step ups each leg
30 slamballs

then boxing!!
Tiring, but fun.
